Rutland Water is serviced by a 23-mile circular track for both walking and cycling. Cycle hire is available if you don't want to bring your own. Getting out and enjoying the water couldn't be easier.
Rutland Cycling is based only half a mile from Barnsdale Lodge and stocks the largest cycle hire fleet in the world, with bikes of all brands and for all ages. For large groups, we can arrange delivery of bikes to the hotel.
Outdoor Adventures at Whitwell
Also based at Whitwell, next to Rutland Cycling, is Outdoor Adventures, boasting a 35ft climbing wall and high ropes with tree top routes. All instructors are NGB qualified and all safety kit, training and briefing is provided.
