Guests at Barnsdale Lodge Hotel can expect the very best food, wine and personal service in the conservatory, theatre, cottage room, main dining room, one of the function suites or alfresco dining in the courtyard.
Our kitchen brigade use locally sourced, seasonal produce. Local Suppliers include Manton Farm, for asparagus, raspberries and strawberries and Grasmere Farm for pork. We source our beef from Hambleton Farm, who rear their longhorn cattle on Hambleton peninsular, only 2 miles from the hotel. We have a kitchen garden in the hotel grounds, growing vegetables and herbs which we use on many of the dishes in the restaurant. Our rare-breed hens also provide beautiful, fresh eggs.
Barnsdale Lodge's restaurant is open to residents and non residents for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner and is renowned for its private dining.
