This hugely popular annual event, organised by the Rutland Area Macmillan Fund Raising Committee took place in the Barn at Barnsdale Lodge on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th March. General Manager Paul Freeman, said, “It goes without saying that Barnsdale Lodge is delighted to host such a fantastic event and support such a worthwhile cause.”

Friday night ticket buyers queued in their hundreds to be first in the door, where they enjoyed champagne and canapés before browsing the clothes rails that had on display something for everyone; from `Designer` to `Vintage` to mens `suits and childrens clothes.

Trish Ruddle, Committee Secretary and sale organiser acknowledged that “Barnsdale provides us with the perfect premises. We are looked after splendidly, and we really couldn`t hold this event which raises thousands and thousand of pounds for Macmillan without them-it`s just fantastic!”.
