| Sous Chef
This is an opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie with experience of working in a busy hotel which has a strong focus on its restaurant, conference and weddings. You should have experience of managing a brigade, ordering, arranging rotas, Health & Safety and working closely with other departments. You will be supported by the Head Chef who will help develop your skills.
