Full time Demi Chef de Partie required to join our kitchen brigade.

This is a great opportunity for someone currently in a Commis Chef or Demi Chef role, to develop and gain experience working in a busy hotel, with a strong focus on its restaurant, conferences and weddings. Previous experience essential, rosette background preferred but not essential, must be qualified to NVQ level 2 (minimum) or equivalent.

Working 5 days from 7, split shifts, excellent remuneration with live-in accommodation available for the right candidate.
